Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and the DALT BET FOOTBALL INTELLIGENT forecast service ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who can use the service

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are allowed to use a football forecast service where you live. The service is available worldwide; if you use it from outside Uganda, you are responsible for following the laws of your country. We may close accounts where we reasonably believe a user is under 18.

2. What the service is — and is not

The service publishes statistical estimates of football match outcomes produced by computer models from historical results and market data. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees. Football results are uncertain and past performance does not predict future results.

Forecasts are for information only and are not betting, financial or professional advice. Forecasts and the free game involve no stakes. Separately, we run event markets where you can stake money on events we list (section 8). Any decision to stake or bet is yours alone, and you are responsible for any money you stake. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, stop and seek help.

3. Accounts

You sign up with a phone number or email address and a password. Keep your password private and do not share your account; you are responsible for activity on it. One free trial is available per person. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, used to abuse the service, or created to obtain repeated free trials.

4. Free trial, plans and prices

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of full forecasts.
• After the trial, the weekly plan costs USD 1.50 for 7 days (UGX 5,000 in Uganda). The monthly plan costs USD 4.50 for 30 days (UGX 15,000 in Uganda).
• Our prices are set in US dollars. For convenience, the site shows prices in your local currency, either converted from the US dollar price at a daily exchange rate and rounded, or at a fixed local price we set. The exact amount and currency you will be charged are shown before you pay.
• Loyalty reward: if you renew the weekly plan 4 weeks in a row, the 4th weekly payment is 50% off. The run restarts after a discounted payment, or if your access has ended for more than 3 days before you renew. The monthly plan is not included.
• Promotional codes and referral rewards (free days when a friend you invited subscribes, currently 7 days) are subject to the conditions shown with them, have no cash value and may be withdrawn if misused.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Each confirmed payment adds the days of the plan you chose after your current access ends.

5. Payments

• Card and mobile money (where available): payments are processed by our payment partner Pesapal. We never see or store your card details. Access is added once Pesapal confirms the payment. If you pay in a currency other than the one your card or account uses, your bank or provider converts the amount and may charge a fee.
• Mobile-money merchant codes (Uganda): you can pay by MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money to the merchant code shown on the site (merchant name: DALT BET FOOTBALL INTELLIGENT) and enter the transaction ID. Access is added once we have confirmed the payment. Always check the merchant name before you pay; we are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong number or merchant code.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you paid but did not receive access, or paid twice by mistake, contact us within 7 days with the transaction ID or payment reference and we will investigate.
• We may change prices, plans, rewards or the trial length. Changes do not affect access you have already paid for.

6. Free features

• Predict & win is a free game: you pick the results of featured matches and earn points. No money is staked. Each week the top players win free subscription days (currently 7, 3, 1 days for 1st, 2nd and 3rd), awarded after every featured match of the week has a result. Prizes have no cash value. One account per person; we may remove points or prizes gained by cheating, multiple accounts or other abuse. Your nickname, points and rank are shown on the public leaderboard.
• Visit streaks: visiting on consecutive days can earn free days as described on the site, up to a monthly limit.
• Saved slips are a personal record of accumulators you build; they are settled from the recorded 90-minute results. We do not place bets for you. A slip can be deleted only before its first match starts.
• Notifications (daily card, recaps, match alerts) are sent only if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time in the site's notification settings.

7. Play safe

You can set a time reminder, or take a break of 1, 7 or 30 days under Play safe. During a break, forecasts, alerts and the game are locked for your account and the break cannot be ended early. Any paid or trial days you had left are added back to your access. If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, please seek help. Worried about gambling? 8. Event markets

• How a market works: each event we list (for example a boxing fight, an award or a local match) has a set of options and its own currency. Every stake on an event goes into one pool. When the result is settled, we keep the commission shown on the event and share the rest between the stakes on the winning option, in proportion to their size. The amount shown before staking is an estimate; your payout depends on the pool when staking closes.
• Refunds: if nobody staked on the winning option, or every stake was on the winning option, all stakes are refunded in full. If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond what its rules allow, or its result cannot be established, we void it and refund every stake.
• Staking: staking closes at the time shown on the event. Stakes are final once placed and cannot be cancelled. Each event shows its minimum and maximum stake per person and, where it applies, the countries from which staking is allowed. Staff of DALT BET FOOTBALL INTELLIGENT may not stake.
• Results: we decide each result from the source stated in the event's rules (for example the official announcement). One member of our team proposes the result and a different member confirms it. Payouts are made 120 minutes after confirmation unless a dispute is open. If you staked on an event you may dispute its result before payouts; payouts for that event wait until our team has reviewed the dispute. Our decision after review is final, subject to your legal rights.
• Your wallet: deposits are made through Pesapal and credited once Pesapal confirms them. Withdrawals are paid to an account or mobile-money number in your own name after we have verified your identity (name, date of birth and an ID document). The amount is held from your balance when you request it and paid by our team, normally within one working day. We may ask for more information and may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we check for fraud, misuse or money laundering, or where the law requires it. Wallet balances earn no interest.
• Errors and misuse: we may void stakes placed through an obvious error, a technical fault, more than one account, or other misuse of the service, and refund or recover the amounts concerned.
• Control: you can set a daily deposit limit in your wallet (raising it takes effect after 24 hours) and take a break under Play safe, which also stops deposits and staking.

9. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or republish forecasts in bulk, scrape the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access accounts or areas you are not authorised to use.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every competition or match will be covered. Data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or incomplete.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss arising from betting or other decisions made using the service, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Any wallet balance is paid out to you first, after identity verification. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction.
